help- i forgot my password

but i got your answer in Gibrish, that's why i can't understand what was written in it.

 please send me the answer of the question what should i do in this case (that i forgot my password to facebook and the password to Gmail and i didn't take the "question and answer when you want to  recreate the password" thing seriously ) in english.

thats says that you forgot your password, and ask them how to

recreate them
