תקלה במחשב dell

שלום, יש לי תקלה במחשב שנפתח עם הכתובת:

battery is getting low on power,

 בשורות הבאות כתוב:

Invalid configuration information

primary master:cd-rom reader

primary slave:ide disk drive

dimm slot 1 and 3 are desable and perfomance will be degraded

please populate memory in pairs

install like processor on processor

system holted.

after restart it all time gives same massage:

primary disk 0 not found

secondary hard disk 0 not found

Strike the F1 key to continue, F2 to run the setup utility

and it doesn't give to press not F1 and not F2

 

אם מישהו נתקל בבעיה הזו והצליח לפתור אותה אשמח לעצה, (האם יש איזושהי סוללה או איזשהו חלק בלוח אם שצריך להחליף)
