חסימה בפייסבוק

המנוי שלי בפייס בוק נחסם!!!! בלי שום הודעה מוקדמת

עשיתי מה שכתוב פה באתר. שלחתי מייל לכתובת אבל לא עונים לי !!!

מה עושים??

זוהי הדרך היחידה לפתוח מנוי שנחסם,

יש באפשרותך לשלוח בקשה נוספת או לחכות

לתשובה. (יש לציין שלוקח זמן עד לקבלת מענה מהאתר, לעיתים אף יותר מחודש)

אפשרות נוספת היא לוותר על המנוי הקודם,

ולפתוח אחד חדש.

שלחתי מייל והם ענו לי שלא לפתוח יוזר חדש בנתיים,

זה מה שהם שלחו לי:

עליך לעקוב אחר הבקשות

שצוינו במייל,

בצע איפוס סיסמא,

במידה ואתה עדין לא מצליח להיכנס למנוי

השב על המייל שקיבלת, ורשום כי לאחר איפוס

סיסמא אינך מצליח להיכנס לחשבונך.

בנוסף רשום כי אתה הבעלים של כתובת הדואר

ממנה אתה כותב, ושל הכתובת המזוהה עם חשבון

הפייסבוק שלך.

והמתן לתשובה מצוות האתר.
