שגיאה בהפעלת הווינדוס 8

שאני מפעיל את הווינדוס 8 מופיעה לי מין שגיאה מוזרה כזאת  (עוד לפני שהגעתי למסך הבית וכל זה)

• שאני לוחץ F8 או ENTER זה עושה לי מסך שחור לחצי שניה ואז חוזר לשגיאה

• ניסתי לפרמט את הכונן C אבל משום מה זה מראה לי פתאום שכונן C וD "התאחדו"

• • • ואינמצב שאני מפרמט ככה. (עם יש דרך לשחזר או לגבות איכשהו אז כן)

נסה לשחזר את המחשב או לתקן את המצב דרך אפשריות התיקון בדיסק ההתקנה:

אני נכנס לtroubleshoot 

ויש לי 3 אפשריות refresh youre pc 

Reset your pc

וadvanced options 

לחצתי על הrefersh וnext בחרתי ווינדוס 8 והוא כותב לי : the drive where windows is installed is locked.unlock the drive and try agin. 

אני לא עושה reset כי לפי מה שהבנתי זה מפרמט,  בadvanced בחרתי ב automatic repair , ווינדוס 8 

זה טוען לי כמו בהפעלת הווינדוס וכותב לי automatic repair couldnt repair your pc 

 ועוד אפשריות שיש לי זה system image recovery 

System restore 

Command promt 

אני יכול בהתחלה שאני מדליק את המחשב להחכנס לbios setting עם זה איכשהו עוזר

1. האם חיפשת את השגיאה שקיבלת בגוגל?

2. האם ניסית לפנות למיקרוסופט ישראל?

3. advanced אתה צריך להכנס ל שחזור מערכת ולשחזר את המחשב ללפני שזה קרה.

 

click on the Troubleshoot button and then the Advanced options button. When the advanced options screen opens, click on the Command Prompt option. A new screen will be displayed with an open command prompt.

 

ב Command Prompt  צריך להריץ את  rstrui.exe
