Option
1. Stop the scan of encrypted connections

 

 

In
most cases having Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 stop
monitoring SSL ports will help.

Step
1. Disable scanning of encrypted connections:

1.    
Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2013.

2.    
In the upper right part of the window click Settings.

3.    
Click on the fourth icon in the upper left, it looks like a box.

4.    
In the left part of the window select Network.

5.    
In the right part of the window select Do not scan
encrypted connections.

 

 

 

Step 2. Disable Port Monitoring for the SSL port

1.    
Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2013.

2.    
In the upper right part of the window click Settings.

3.    
Click on the fourth icon in the upper left, it looks like a box.

4.    
In the left part of the window select Network.

5.    
In the Monitored ports section click on the Select… button.

6.    
In the Network ports window uncheck any box in the top half of the
window that has HTTPS (with the S) or SSL in
it, there are about 6 listed by default.

7.    
Click OK twice
