בעיה בקבלת מיילים בgmail

מצליחה להוציא מיילים מהגימייל אך לא מצליחה לקבל.. 

גוגל לא יודעים איך לעזור לי ואני מתוסכלת!!  

מתקבלת ההודעה הבאה (מחקתי את כתובת המייל בגלל שמירה על הפרטיות):

1.לא  הבנתי  האם   המייל  עבד  ופתאם הפסיק?  האם  עשית  בדיקה  עי  שליחת  מייל  עצמי?  

2.תיכנסי  להגדרות   (כוכב  מצד  שמאל) ותעברי  ל דאר  נכנס  ותגדירי  אותו

לדעתי חשבון הג'מייל שלך מסונכרן עם אאוטלוק.

יתכן ובצעת שינוי הגדרות.

יתכן והחלפת ספק אינטרנט.

בדיקה יסודית של הגדרות החשבון שלך בסינכרון עם אאוטלוק

או ביטול הסינכרון יובילו לפתרון התקלה.

מנתוני השגיאה שלך, אני יכול לצאת מנקודת הנחה שהכשל נעוץ

בהגדרות שרת דואר נכנס (POP3 המסונכרן עם אאוטלוק) ושם יש להתרכז.
