מחשב מגמגם

שלום, המחשב השלחני שלי, שיש לו שפע של זכרון (18GB) ומעבד מהיר (i7), התחיל "לגמגם" — כלומר, פתאום באמצע פעולות האתר קופא, ואז מתעורר לאחר זמן. האם מישהו יוכל לייעץ לי, או אפילו להעיף מבט מרחוק על התהליכים שמתרחשים בו כדי לדעת אם אפשר לתקן את זה?

האם הקיפאון קורה כשאר אתה גולש באתרים בעלי תוכן Flash ?

שלום, אני מתנצל לכל אלה שענו לי על כך שעזבתי את ההתכתבות באמצע, נאלצתי לנסוע למספר שבועות לרגל בעיות בריאות במשפחה ולא השתשמשתי במחשב השולחני שלי. עכשיו חזרתי. המחשב עדיין איטי, כל פעולה (למשל, להתחבר ל-gmail לוקחת יותר זמן מכפי שהייתה צריכה לקחת.

א. המחשב אינו "קופא", כך שאין מה לקחת תמונת מסך. הכל פשוט מתרחש יותר לאט.

ב. זה לא קורה רק באתרים עם Flash אלא באופן כללי

תיקון: כרום של גוגל נתקע לא פעם, יותר מדברים אחרים. לא רואים שום דבר מיוחד, וגם ה-task manager לא מראה שכרום הפסיק להגיב, אבל התוכנה לא מגיבה (אי אפשר לעבור בין לשוניות, למשל, או בין דפים שונים). לעתים צריך גם לאתחל את וורד, כי היא קופאת.

נתקלתי בעצמי בתופעה דומה במחשב בעל מפרט דומה.

הרץ את HijackThis וכתוב כאן את רשימת התוכנות המלאה שרצה אצלך במחשב.

החשד שלי הוא בעיקר בכיוון תוכנות אנטיוירוס שלא יודעות איך לעבוד עם מחשבים חזקים כ"כ.

אבל לפעמים גם תוכנות אחרות עושות הפתעות.

סליחה על העיכוב בתשובה – אבל לא מצאתי שום דבר מיוחד ברשימה ולא היה לי מה להגיב באמת.

אבל מצאתי פתרון למחשב עם אותה בעיה!

יש צורך להתקין את הדרייברים הכי עדכניים לכל דבר אפשרי (הכי חשוב – כרטיס רשת).

לפעמים הדרייבר הכי חדש לא נמצא באתר של יצרנית לוח האם אלא של יצרנית הצ'יפ עצמו.

לדוגמא – דרייבר לCHIPSET באינטל, דרייבר לכ.רשת בRealtek וכדו'.
