תיקון בעיות סנכרון ב-onedrive
1. Remove the credentials via Credential Manager.
– Go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager.
2. Clear the cache of the OneDrive for Business again. You can refer to the following steps:
– Close all your Office processes, such as groove.exe, msouc.exe, msosync.exe.
– Browse to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\Spw and delete all the content. You will see that this is all related to groove, and spw equals SharePoint Workspace.
– Go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\OfficeFileCache and also delete all content from this folder. This is where all the caching from your files are stored.
Note : Just try to delete all, if one or two items cannot be deleted, that's OK.
3. Sync this user's OneDrive for Business library and check if it will prompt the user for his credential.
