תיקון: כרום של גוגל נתקע לא פעם, יותר מדברים אחרים. לא רואים שום דבר מיוחד, וגם ה-task manager לא מראה שכרום הפסיק להגיב, אבל התוכנה לא מגיבה (אי אפשר לעבור בין לשוניות, למשל, או בין דפים שונים). לעתים צריך גם לאתחל את וורד, כי היא קופאת.

א. המחשב אינו "קופא", כך שאין מה לקחת תמונת מסך. הכל פשוט מתרחש יותר לאט.

ב. זה לא קורה רק באתרים עם Flash אלא באופן כללי

שלום, אני מתנצל לכל אלה שענו לי על כך שעזבתי את ההתכתבות באמצע, נאלצתי לנסוע למספר שבועות לרגל בעיות בריאות במשפחה ולא השתשמשתי במחשב השולחני שלי. עכשיו חזרתי. המחשב עדיין איטי, כל פעולה (למשל, להתחבר ל-gmail לוקחת יותר זמן מכפי שהייתה צריכה לקחת.

עלי להוסיף להודעה שלעיל: בחנתי את העמוד "רוגלות קשות" אך הקישור להורדת SmitFraudFix אינו פעיל. גם ניסיון להוריד את התוכנה מהאתר שלה לא עלה יפה. משמע: או שהאתר מושבת זמנית או שהתוכנה כבר לא נתמכת.

מה שמפתיע אותי הוא, שבכל פעם שאני משתמש ב-malware הוא מנקה כמה קבצים שנקראים funmoods, ואז זה חוזר.

אבל בזמנו אתה גם נתת לי דרך לשנות את מנוע החיפוש ש-firefox פונה אליו, ולהפוך את ה-default ל-google.

כלומר, אם אני מקליד ערך כלשהו בתיבה שנועדה ל-URL, זה אוטומטית פונה לגוגל כדי למצאו את הערכים, בדיוק כמו בכרום. האם אפשר לעשות זאת גם ב-Internet Explorer?

2. כן, ייצאתי לקובץ CSV. הכול עבד יופי, כל עוד לא היו שם אותיות עבריות. אותיות עבריות עברו כסימן שאלה

3. לא, ייצוא דואר שנה גם לא עבד טוב. כלומר, שוב–האנגלית עבדה יופי, העברית עברה כשסימני שאלה.
